Picking the puppy:
We encourage potential parents to pick puppies based on temperament and then other features. Selecting a puppy that has a temperament, need, and personality that is a good fit for the family.
Puppy Coat:
The puppies coat will go through many changes prior to their adulthood. It is typical for the coat to lighten, straighten, or curl away from the coat they were born with. Since these are multi-generation goldendoodles, their coat will be unique and different that their puppyhood.
Puppy size:
The puppies are F2b standard goldendoodles. Their size will depend on the genetic makeup that we cannot fully predict. A standard Goldendoodle can range from 40 LBs to 60 LBS. Typically, considering the size of the parents.
Procreating:
The new puppy owners will spay or neuter the puppy between 8 months and a year.

A host family receives a discount on the puppy, the puppy returns to Golden Desert Doodles for one (if it takes & 2 if the first doesn’t take) studding or birthing a litter. There will be no more than two hosting families picked per litter.
A stud host will complete the 1 or 2 sessions. After those terms have been met, they will be paid for their stud service.
A birthing host will receive payment for each healthy puppy born. The birthing will take place at Golden Desert Doodles. Once weened the female will be returned to her family. When the puppy deposits are paid the host will receive some funds. When the puppies are officially sold the appropriate funds will be paid to the mother, there will be 2 payments. This is to help encourage a healthy lifestyle for the breeding pair.

When the female is forty-five days along an x-ray is performed by a vet to confirm the stage of the pregnancy, the number of puppies, and her overall well-being. The female will remain at Golden Desert Doodles from the sixty (60) days through the four to five (4-5) week mark.
The puppies are birthed in a clean safe whelping pen. The puppies and mother will be in this space until the puppies are weened around four-five (4-5) weeks. The
